Where can people see your work? www.san-smith.com
Work Experience: For the past two years I’ve been a full time designer and a part time freelance illustrator.
Clients you’ve helped: All the fun and fancy names I’ve worked for can’t be released since I design for large accounting firm. However, my illustration clients are the most awesome people ever – just regular guys wanting to support art. They are my heros!
In order for ATL to be respected on a worldwide creative level, what do you think needs to be done? We need more creative people sharing their work, forming a community and making art more public – through more gallery openings, street art, museums, art community centers, etc. I think we are on our way slowly, but it needs more time.

Illustrator: The Bill Mayer
Job Title: Chronic Scribbler
Where can people see your work? My work is like germs, hiding in all of those little places, cracks and crevices in public restrooms. Generally smells like those stinky hockey pucks you find in urinals.
Work Experience: I started working as a cave painter in the early fifth century B.C. I guess I have worked some insignificant part of almost every major corporation in the free world.
Clients you’ve helped: Bill’s work has been exhibited throughout the United States and Europe and has appeared in major journal publications, including The New York Times Magazine, National Geographic, Times magazine, Wallstreet Journal andThe Village Voice. His clientele includes the Mattel, Hasbro, Dream Works, Cartoon Network, Levi’s ,Jose’ Cuervo, Time Magazine, IBM, Delta Airlines, Yupo and RJR Nabisco. Bill has won hundreds of national and international awards. Including many gold and silver medals from the Society of Illustrators in New York and in Los Angeles. Awards of merit from Communication Arts, Graphis, Archive, Print, Ad Age, Regional, District and National Addy’s, The New York Art Directors Show South and dozen’s more.
In order for ATL to be respected on a worldwide creative level, what do you think needs to be done? In the words of Conan the barbarian ”to see your enemies and see them driven before you and to hear the lamentations of the women.” (What we are really after is world domination.)
